Last time i spoke to my brother, he had asked me to blog without fail. I didnt find a reason to, so I didnt. I cant blog unless I find a reason to. I have many doubts with regard to the identity of teh bloggers or rather the source of inspiration to blog. Are most of the bloggers loners in some way? Is it that they imagine they have an unknown friend out there who can shoulder and support their thoughts? Or is it that they plan not to let out their thoughts and instead convert them into masterpieces? Or is it that even after all the catharsis, they still have a few of those bitter thoughts on their mind and would want to release them by blogging. And now, I do have a reason to blog.

Hi Manju...

The questions you asked form main issues for quite a few HR courses!!

And your posts..well they are fresh and candid!

I see that different modes of communication can bring out different facets of one's personality. These facets of yours that the blog is bringin out..i am not sure i am familiar with it!!
